Welcome to the Department of Zoology

 

Zoology is one of the oldest departments established in 1969 at NSS College, Manjeri, Kerala. The Department strives for academic excellence in teaching and research in Zoology and allied subjects. The Department offers three year undergraduate course in Zoology and provide an encouraging intellectual environment including research seminars, field trips and large number of outreach programmes. Situated in south Malabar in Kerala, we are in easy reach of diverse habitats including the mountain ranges of Western Ghats and the costal regions. Thus excellent opportunities exist for collaboration and to work in the rainforests, human modified habitats and wetland habitats. read more >>>
